"RapidAPI suddenly ceased functioning"
My students relied on RapidAPI for their mobile application to fetch hotel details - it was running smoothly until the competition day, when it just stopped working completely - as if it had been switched off. There's no support or feedback from them. I'm really let down. It's quite awful - proceed with caution when using this.

"Why is it all so complicated?"
Man, everything feels like a real struggle. The documentation is nearly always incorrect, and when it’s not, it’s super tough to make sense of. There are multiple navigation menus on the site, and somehow, the main stuff folks are looking for is hidden way down in one of those. And if you accidentally land on the wrong page, good luck finding any of the APIs you’ve signed up for. Seriously, do yourself a solid and just head straight to the provider.

The customer support is super quick and really helpful! I reached out via email to delete my account since I wanted a fresh start, and they got back to me in just 7 minutes! RapidAPI is also a big help for me! I can locate the APIs I need all in one spot! 5 STARS FROM ME!!

"Questionable credit card activity post-registration"
I registered for an API, and just 5 hours later, I got a weird phone call. They had my credit card number, my personal info, and claimed to be from a bank.

I had to replace my bank card yesterday. They kept billing me for an API that I stopped using and unsubscribed from six months back. Customer support isn't getting back to me. I'm only giving one star because now I have to redo my auto payments on the new card, and it's just a waste of time...
"Unable to Remove Credit Card"
I can't seem to unlink my credit card. You put in your info, and then it’s just not possible to get it off, which is a real financial risk.

"Terrible support - Still waiting on my refunds"
I faced numerous problems with the APIs being unavailable, and when I asked for a refund, the developers told me I had to reach out to the support team first. They would then check with the developers to see if the refund could be processed.
After following their instructions, the replies were often sluggish, taking days to get back to me. Even after a lot of back and forth, they ultimately didn’t refund me and stopped responding to my emails!
